Also know as Scallions, Springs Onions offer the mildest onion flavour and are often used an ingredient as this enhances the Spring Onion's natural sweetness and flavor. Our specially selected Scallions are hand picked on our Farm in Egypt and delivered fresh to our clients around the world.
Red Onions are rich in taste and texture, used for seasoning and in cooked dishes and salads. Red Onions are a versatile vegetable known for their crisp, sharp, spicy flavour, whereas Golden Onions have unique juicy yet sweet, nutty, mellow ending taste.
Sweet Potatoes are the new favourite food trend around the world and are widely used as a potato substitute in popular dishes. We grow Beaureguard Sweet Potatoes and are currently running trials with the Covington Variety of Sweet Potato.
